Acupuncture- I have been wanting to try this for years. I finally found the perfect spot! Highly recommended. Came is with the idea of acupuncture and was schooled real quick :) there is so much more to it than meets the eye. I had injured my shoulder, had it set- iced- bio freeze- took anti-inflammatory medicine and it was still hurting. After my acupuncture apt the pain was gone- full range movement is back! I love their acupuncturist!  He is amazing!  He was able to relax muscles that 9 months of massage and chiropractic work hasn’t touched.  Now, that those muscles are loosened some, my massages therapist is able to really work them and get me every better relief!

Had my 1st Acupuncture appointment with Dr Bae today. Everyone at the office was helpful and polite. Dr ask lots of questions regarding my reason for the visit and was very concerned about my pain. The treatment was great. No pain with any of the needles. Excited for my next treatment.

I love Thompson Chiropractic!  They have diversified really well with acupuncture, massage and of course chiropractic services. I am fairly athletic at 55 yrs old, which means I occasionally need progressive methods to recover - like getting physical therapy.   This last year, Dr. Thompson has had two different chiropractors who really excell at those type of adjustments and understanding of body building.  I see Dr Friedman almost exclusively now because of that need.  I always feel better and have more tools to help myself at home and at the gym.  I lived in another town for 2 years and found out just how progressive Thompson Chiro was!  I also love how the office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I feel like I'm visiting friends rather than a doctor.  Love, love, LOVE!!!

I ended up pinching a nerve in my neck the day before New Year’s Eve! Called in the morning of New Year’s Eve and was able to get seen by Dr. Friedmen. With just that one adjustment in the Morning I felt so good for the rest of the day! I was able to be with family on New Year’s Day because of Dr.Friedmen! Supper nice and very knowledgeable and great staff 😁

The staff are very friendly and understanding.  My husband called for an appointment and was able to get in within two hours.  Even though we got the address wrong and we're late, it didn't matter to them. They got us in and Dr. Friedman helped my husband who was in tears from the pain.  He saw him two days later and two days after that.  Very good chiropractor and someone who is caring and relatable.  I highly recommend them.

An old shipmate told me how effective acupuncture was in treating her neuralgia. I was a bit skeptical, but after my second treatment from Dr. Faix, for the first time in over two months I haven't needed to take any pain medication. It really helps, both with my pain management and my neuralgia. The office staff is very helpful and efficient as well.

I’ve been to several chiropractors and by far, this is one of the best around.  The procedures and the plan we discussed, were explained in “layman’s” terms. I’ll be recommending your office without a doubt.

The experience has been professional from the office staff through to John the acupuncturist. With only one office visit, I did notice some immediate relief, as I have used acupuncture previously, I had expectations and they were met, so with continued services I am looking for improvement in the areas I am seeking treatment for.
I am a "clean nerd" so the offices were maintained and the patient room was clean and organized and comfortable.  The first visit is always a bit "uneasy" for me, but I soon settled into feeling "okay and safe".
Based on the first visit I would say it is worth the visit, especially for other female veterans who may be needing these services and feel a bit unsure of the new conditions. The trip from Tri-Cities out to Prosser was a nice quiet drive.  I took water so I had ample water to rehydrate with after an additional appointment was scheduled.  Best wishes all.

Dr. Bae is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  He is very easy to work with and his treatments have improved my health tremendously. Since I have received acupuncture treatment from him, I no longer have sleepless nights.  He is very good at what he does.  I highly recommend him.

Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. You can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. Did not want it to stop lol! Already booked my next appointment with him. I hurt my back at work a few months ago and had treatment. Still never felt as good as I do right now 🙏🏽 

Check in was fast and easy. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and orderly. My therapist was professional and attentive. My neck pain is gone. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Always prompt with appointments, friendly staff, and both chiropractors are amazing as well as the massage therapists. Staff is always friendly and professional, and they take the time to listen to you. Never feel rushed, and everything is always explained very well. My back has never felt better, and with regular visits my migraines have reduced in frequency. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Friedman is a down to earth, clear thinking, and reasonable. He is passionate about his work and treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. That seems hard to find these days. However, as a newcomer to the southern Washington area I must say that people are way friendlier than in Texas, where we moved from. The staff has also been professional, friendly, and helpful in every imaginative way. A good organization begins with good leadership and a work environment that respects the needs of the individual, whether employee or customer (patient). This group has earned those 5 stars. I will be sharing this with others.
